CAS offers Residential, Employment, Day Support Activity, Supported Living, and Adult & Children In-Home services to people experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities who live, and work, in our community. Specializing in supports for individuals with complex medical and behavior needs, CAS strives to provide quality services that are flexible and responsive to the lives of those we serve.

24 Hour Residential Services
CAS operates 12 residential programs providing 24-hour comprehensive services to individuals with a variety of support needs. These programs provide room and board as well as specialized supports to no more than five adults in a group living arrangement. CAS currently provides residential services in Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, and Columbia counties.

Day Support Activity Services
CAS provides Day Support activities to individuals living in Columbia and Clackamas Counties, with program sites in Clatskanie, St. Helens, and Milwaukie. We provide structured activities, and skill-building includes community recreation, social interaction, volunteering, relationships, and supports in the communication.

Supported Living
CAS provides individualized residential services for those who choose to live in their own homes. Currently, CAS contracts to provide Supported Living Services to individuals living in Washington, Multnomah, and Columbia Counties.

In-Home Supports – Adults & Children
CAS assists adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their own home (or with family) to fully participate in their community. Currently, CAS provides In-Home Supports in Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, and Columbia Counties. CAS In-Home services are different from Comprehensive Services, such as 24 hour Residential Services and Supported Living.

We support individuals to find customized competitive employment in all of the communities we serve: Columbia, Clackamas, Washington, Multnomah Counties.
